I started with another broker trying to
sell my practice 3 years ago. After 2 1/2 years he found me 1 lead. Additionally
the first broker repeatedly failed to update his website to make corrections or
update my stats year to year. Also potential leads later informed me that they
had contacted the first broker with no reply. This included my buyer.
Finally I hired Sam Reader who found me
a qualified buyer in 2 months. We closed December 1st after first being in
contact with the buyer starting in March. I received full asking price at
$50,000 more than what the first broker had appraised the practice at.
Additionally Sams network helped the buyer with financing and all documentation
