BROILED SWEET POTATO WEDGES

Another great alternative to the French fry.  No need to have a fryer for this one. We love sweet potato for its great flavor and its alkalizing ability. Seasoned and spiced to liking and broiled to a perfect crunch on the outside and soft texture on the inside. We like to leave the skin too!
